On the website http://www.kulturministerium.ch, all swiss people are invited to run for being the new minister of culture, a department which is not existing in switzerland.
After being elected, the minister is in office for two years and is committed to put his promised goals into effect. For doing so, he is funded by the project ministryofculture.ch.
In order to contest the election, users of the website are to participate actively in building up a community.
