During a residency in Chicago I accidentally received surveillance video signals while experimenting with a wireless camera built on top of a rocket.This lucky punch raised the question: What happens, when surveillance equipment turns into its opposite, in some kind of public viewing area where anybody with a video receiver can watch your premises from outside. It was indeed interesting, how many cameras, nannycams and TV-Systems were spreading their signals out in the streets.

The second part consist of a mp3 Recorder which I've forgot to turn of while sending it home. The autonomous recorder acts as a soundtrack for the continuous surveillance stream.
